Today I did some hammock and pole practicing. Most of the moves came a lot easier than they ever have. I guess that must mean I'm gaining some strength.
It's a pretty boring video, but there are some fun tricks and things. Also, this is one of the first times I'm comfortable enough with my body to just wear my tiny Mika Yoga top and my dance-wear leggings.
I do love my aerial hammock fun, but with the money I'm spending on yoga and pole, hammock classes have to wait for a while. Dammit. So I'll practice at home and record some videos.
The pole video turned out like shit. The GoPro was tilted and I just sucked. Next time. :)
But the hammock one was successful. I must make it a point next time to actually try and routine it to a song.
